January Chef’s Menus

This January, beat the blues with two exciting Chef’s set menus for €45pp. Due to seasonality and availability of produce, the chefs have provided two menus for guests.

Available from 1st – 16th of January, indulge in exclusive dishes including green apple
and sauerkraut salad with veal cheek followed by grilled pheasant with Morel risotto and chips, to finish, lemon yogurt panna cotta.

Available from the 16th – 31st January guests can enjoy morel vol-au-vents – puff pastry filled with creamy morel and garnished with fresh thyme, followed by pheasant roulade served with caramelised green apple. To finish, orange yogurt crème brûlée – an indulgent creamy yoghurt custard filling with orange zest and honey.
